Genesis

Yeah… I knew one day I would come to this.  So here we are, the Mud and Fire in English.  A year ago I was planning to do the MSN Spaces bilingually but figured it would be just redundant to keep the same thing twice in different ways.

My spaces on Live are becoming too content-specific, the initiative of keeping a blog in its real sense at the beginning seemed to drift away.  Maybe because of the very intention to distinguish it from conventional diary or maybe subconsciously I was too get used to the way of compiling a magazine, The Mud and Fire (in Chinese) has contradicted its intended purpose.  The English Edition is here to resurrect the intention, that is, keeping a blog as a blog, which in its essence – a log! Mixed and varied, something that my people rarely implement.

When in Rome, just do as Romans.  My English writing needs practice anyway.

Here is my 5th.  Opening a new blog is just too intoxicating.  I hope I can do this again!
